PRIVACY POLICY

This page explains how KIING DIGITAL LABS works in plain language. It is provided for information only and is not legal advice. It is written so it can be reviewed and finalised by the business owner and, if desired, legal counsel.

01

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information KIING DIGITAL LABS may collect through this website and its services, why we collect it, who may process it on our behalf, and the choices you have.

We aim to collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver what you have asked for, and keep the site working and secure.

02

Information you give us

When you contact us, submit a project idea, request an acquisition, create an account, or make a purchase, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address and other contact information
  • Company or organisation details
  • Account information, such as sign-in email and authentication records
  • Billing information needed to complete a transaction
  • Purchase information, such as what was bought and when
  • Project-submission information, such as your idea, budget range, stage, and timeline
  • Messages and other communications you send us
  • Anything else you choose to include in a form or message

03

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically by our hosting and application infrastructure:

  • IP address and general location inferred from it
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, referring page, and interactions such as opening a demo or a product screenshot
  • Session identifiers used to group activity within a visit
  • Security and diagnostic information, such as error logs and blocked requests

We use cookies and similar technologies, including browser storage, to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some of them may stop parts of the site working.

04

Why we collect it

We use the information above to:

  • Provide our products and services
  • Process purchases and deliver digital products
  • Respond to enquiries and communicate with you
  • Process custom-development requests and manage projects
  • Evaluate acquisition enquiries and carry out the acquisition process
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the website
  • Improve how the website works and what we offer
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations that apply to us

We do not sell your personal information.

05

Service providers

We use third-party services to run the website and our operations, and those providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms. Depending on the feature you use, these can include:

  • Hosting and content delivery
  • Database, storage, and backend infrastructure
  • Authentication and account management
  • Email delivery for notifications and replies
  • Analytics on how the site is used
  • AI services used by features that generate draft content
  • Payment processing, where a purchase is offered
  • Customer-support and communication tools

We only list a category here where we actually use it, and we add providers as our stack changes. If you need the current list of named providers for a due-diligence or compliance review, ask us and we will provide it.

06

Payment information

Where a purchase is offered, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. In that case the processor collects and handles your payment-card details directly.

KIING DIGITAL LABS does not intentionally store complete customer payment-card numbers when payment processing is handled by the payment processor. We may receive limited transaction information, such as the last digits of a card, the card brand, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.

Please review the payment processor's own privacy policy as well, since their handling of your information is governed by it.

07

When we share information

We may share information with the service providers described above, with professional advisers where needed, where you ask us to, and where we are required to by law or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our systems.

If the studio or a product is involved in a sale or transfer, information relevant to that product or transaction may be shared as part of it, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

08

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, to complete a project, support a delivered product, keep transaction records, or resolve disputes — and then delete it or keep it in a reduced form.

You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, and we will do so where we are not required to keep it.

09

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls on administrative areas, and restricted handling of credentials.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for any account and tell us if you suspect a problem.

10

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults and for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

11

International visitors

The site and its infrastructure may be operated and hosted in countries other than yours, and information may be processed where our providers operate. By using the site you understand that your information may be processed in those locations.

12

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict some processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send messages necessary to complete a transaction or support a project.

13

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy law, including rights to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them.

KIING DIGITAL LABS does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below.

14
