REFUND & RETURN POLICY

KIING DIGITAL LABS sells different things in different ways, and refunds work differently for each. This policy covers software acquisitions, custom development, and any directly purchased digital product.

KIING DIGITAL LABS does not offer a blanket money-back guarantee. Refunds are considered on the terms set out below.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once digital access, delivery, or download has been provided. This is because the product is delivered in full at that point and cannot be returned.

We will still review a request, and may issue a refund or another remedy, in situations such as:

• A duplicate charge for the same item
• Failed or incomplete delivery
• A material technical problem that prevents access and that we cannot resolve
• A product that is materially different from how it was described on its listing
• An unauthorised transaction
• Other exceptional circumstances, determined by KIING DIGITAL LABS on a case-by-case basis

Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method, and any access or licence granted with the purchase ends.

Payments for custom development — including deposits, retainers, milestone payments, and project fees — are governed primarily by the applicable project agreement.

Once work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable, because time, design, and development have already been committed to your project. Exceptions apply where the project agreement provides otherwise, or where we determine that another remedy — such as revised scope, additional work, or a partial credit — is appropriate.

If a project is paused or cancelled, we will confirm in writing what has been delivered, what remains, and how any remaining balance is treated.

Acquisitions of software products, websites, applications, intellectual property, domains, or other digital assets are not covered by the standard digital-product refund policy above.

Each acquisition is governed by a separate written agreement, which defines terms including:

• Assets included in the sale
• Purchase price
• Payment schedule
• Transfer conditions
• Intellectual-property rights
• Source-code rights
• Domain ownership
• Account and credential transfers
• Representations and warranties
• Inspection and due-diligence period
• Closing conditions
• Refund or cancellation rights, if any

Submitting an acquisition request does not complete an acquisition and does not create a binding purchase agreement. An acquisition is complete only when a written agreement is signed by both parties and its conditions are met.

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to tell you the outcome once we have reviewed them. Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be approved.

If you think you have been charged in error, contact us first — duplicate charges and failed deliveries are usually fixed quickly.

Where a payment is disputed with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend related access or delivery while the dispute is being resolved.

We may update this policy as our offerings change. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
