Most software that changes hands is either an idea on a slide or a company with years of history. There is a quieter middle ground: products that are fully built, working, and live — but have not yet been taken to market.

That is what KIING DIGITAL LABS makes. We design, build and polish complete products, then make selected ones available for acquisition so a new owner can take them forward under their own brand and strategy.

Here are the three products currently in the lab.

These are completed digital products, not established companies. None of them is presented as having existing revenue or an existing user base.

Bible Buddyy — an AI Scripture platform

Bible Buddyy turns Scripture from something you only read into something you can explore, hear and talk with.

What exists today

  • Conversational AI for asking questions about Scripture
  • Character experiences inspired by biblical figures
  • Scripture content across the Holy Bible, Quran and Apocrypha
  • Audio / read-aloud Scripture
  • Access in 12 major languages
  • User accounts and payment functionality

What a new owner could explore

Native mobile apps, additional subscription tiers, group study and community features, or partnerships with ministries and schools — all possibilities, none of them built yet.

HostGhost — a marketplace for artists and ghostwriters

HostGhost pairs performing artists ("Hosts") with ghostwriters ("Ghosts") and puts the revenue split on the table before anyone starts working together.

What exists today

  • Two-sided profiles: writers upload samples and stay faceless; artists show their look, life and voice
  • Matching by genre
  • Split agreements stated up front and factored into matching
  • In-app match alerts
  • User accounts

What a new owner could explore

Transaction fees or premium memberships, escrow and payouts, mobile apps, or expansion to producers and engineers.

  • Thirty-question practice sets

How acquisition works

Every product has a live demo you can use before any conversation starts. When one fits, you request an acquisition, we discuss scope and what transfers, and the terms are set in a written agreement. See how it works or explore all acquisitions.
